Welcome to Patriot Ballroom!
Established in 2021, Patriot Ballroom is an independent practice and performance center for dance students and professionals who are interested in competitive ballroom dancing, as well as a venue for those seeking a joyful experience in ballroom dance and fitness.
Our mission is to provide an exceptional and professional environment for ballroom dancers, ice dancers, and social dancers to practice, coach, and train.
We host fitness programs, group workshops, and other positive programs that promote liberty and freedom. Come and see us and feel the joy!
What We Offer
Patriot Ballroom is a modern 6,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art ballroom dance facility in Waterford, Michigan located in northwest metropolitan Detroit. It is easily accessible from Telegraph Road and I-75, and minutes from the Bloomfield area, Birmingham, Keego Harbor, and Rochester.

Our 49 x 73 dancefloor is a professional Dance Vision sprung floor. We have a comfortable lounge, reception area, kitchen, locker room, men’s and women’s restrooms, AV music and charging station, a VIP dance office, a high-quality music system, and 73 lineal feet of mirror. Our entire facility is ADA compliant. Our exposed, industrial style ceiling is 12+ feet, making it suitable to practice theatre arts and lifts.
We have Wi-Fi, updated, streaming competition music by Ballroom Beats with a hefty playlist, and a professional music system. A drop-down screen in the ballroom and our projection system can be used for lectures or showdance background videos. We also have generous parking and easy access to many local restaurants.
